Can we walk-in and play any time?

Yes, you can walk-in and bring your children to play at any time during normal business hours.

How long can my children play at Flabbergast?

Walk In guests can stay and play as long as they would like during normal business hours.

What is the age limit for my child to play at Flabbergast?

Only children 14 years-old and younger are permitted to play on the
equipment. For the safety of your children, we do not allow anyone over
14 years-old to bounce or slide at Flabbergast.

Is outside food or drinks allowed at Flabbergast?

No, we do not allow outside food or drinks at Flabbergast. We do
have a concession area with a variety of refreshments for you and your
guests. We also provide healthier snacks such as fruit cups,
crackers and applesauce.

As an adult, can I play in the Flabbergast play areas?

For the safety of your kids, we do not allow teenagers and adults to
play on any the inflatables. You are welcome to assist younger
children in the inflatables, but you may not bounce or slide. We
DO allow teenagers and adults to play on the CLIMBING STRUCTURE.

What should the kids wear?

Socks are required. If forgotten, they can be purchased at our Front
Counter. We suggest party Moms bring extra socks with them in
case someone forgets to bring some or we sell socks if you need them.
Long sleeves are recommended. Clothes with zippers or hooks (other than
at the waist) are not allowed as they may scratch the inflatables.
Nylon type pants make the kids go extra fast down the slides.

Are there group or discount rates?

Yes, we offer group rates for daycares, religious organizations, moms
group play dates, camps, school groups and other large parties. Please
contact us for more information.

We also offer a Flabber 10 Pass that reduces the price of regular
admission up to 30 percent. However, this is only available to walk-in
customers and does not apply to groups.

What is the Flabber 10 Pass and how do I get one?

You can get a Flabber 10 Pass at the front counter. Your card can
be used for walk-in play, reducing the price of regular admission up to
40 percent. This card is for admission only and cannot be applied
to birthday parties or concession purchases.

What are Flabbergasts Safety Rules?

- NO shoes, jewelry, combs, hair clips, or other
sharp or hard objects that may cause injury to other children or the
inflatables.

- NO Running

- NO food, drink, or gum allowed on the inflatables.

- NO flips, wrestling, or horseplay.

- ONLY use marked entrances and exits.

- NO climbing up netting or walls.

- Adults CANNOT bounce with children.

- Adults may ASSIST children.

- Only 1 rider at a time is allowed on any inflatable slide or obstacle course.

- NO hitting, shaking, or tipping any arcade games.

- ALWAYS listen to the Flabbergast staff for any additional safety instructions.

Party Related

What is included in the Party?

Flabbergast provides an ALL-Inclusive Party Package (except cake and
goodie bags). We provide food- choice of subs or fresh Rosati’s
pizza, bottomless pitchers of beverage, tokens for party guests, gift
for guest of honor, invitations, thank you notes, dedicated party
hostess, all the paper products and utensils necessary for your party
and a private party room for the last 30 minutes, including setup and
cleanup of the room. We will provide cake and/or goodie bags for
an additional cost.

How do I reserve my child’s party at Flabbergast?

Please call for availability to book your reservation. We must
have a valid credit card in the host’s name on file. A $50
non-refundable deposit is required and charged on the credit card
provided- this will hold your date and time. No checks are
accepted.

When do I need to provide Flabbergast a final headcount?

You will need to provide us with a final headcount 48 hours prior to
the party. This will allow us to make any final adjustments to your
party package and place the proper food order for your guests. There
are no exceptions; once we have your final headcount, packages cannot
be altered, unless you need to increase guests. If at the time of the
party you have more kids than your final headcount, there will be an
additional cost of $12 per child. You will pay the remaining
balance the day of your party.

How early should everyone arrive prior to the party?

Everyone, including the party family, should arrive no more than 5 to
10 minutes before the scheduled party time. We need to collect waivers
and review our safety rules with everyone before the party starts.

Can I bring my own food to the party?

You can bring your own birthday cake. However, we do not allow any other outside food and/or beverages.

Can I bring my own decorations to my child’s party?

Yes, you are allowed to bring in table decorations only. Silly string,
confetti, piñatas, and streamers are not allowed. An additional
cleaning fee may be assessed for excessive clean up or damage.

Does Flabbergast have balloons, ice cream or goodie bags for purchase?

Yes, Flabbergast has balloons, ice cream and goodie bags available for
purchase. Please let us know as soon as possible if you are
thinking about purchasing for your party!
