Marcus Theatres “Kids Rule” Summer Film Series Begins June 23

Marcus Theatres® today announced its annual “Kids Rule” Summer Film Series will be returning June 23 – August 12, 2010 at select Marcus Theatres locations. Featuring eight “kid friendly” films this summer, the “Kids Rule” screenings are on Wednesday and Thursday mornings at 10:00 a.m. In celebration of the company’s 75th Anniversary, admission is only $2.75 and includes complimentary popcorn. “Kids Rule” is presented by American Family Insurance, Noah’s Ark and other generous sponsors.

“We are excited to offer our ‘Kids Rule’ Summer Film Series this year at a discounted price of $2.75 in honor of our 75th Anniversary. This series continues to be an affordable and fun activity for children and families. We have a great line-up this summer, including How to Train Your Dragon, Diary of a Wimpy Kid and Furry Vengeance,” said Bruce J. Olson, president of Marcus Theatres.

“Our ‘Kids Rule’ program gives kids and parents a chance to sit back and relax, enjoy a film and fill-up on delicious free popcorn. It’s an excellent way to spend time together.”

The “Kids Rule” program will be offered at the following theatre locations in Wisconsin: Wisconsin: Bay Park, Brookfield Majestic, Campus – Ripon, Cedar Creek, Eastgate, Green Bay East, Hillside, Hollywood, LaCrosse Cinema, Menomonee Falls, North Shore, Marc Sheboygan, Oshkosh, Point, Renaissance, Ridge, South Shore and Superior.
