Flabbergast Fun is your Waukesha and southeastern Wisconsin party headquarters.  Hours of indoor play and fun for your kids and their friends.  Our 15,000 square foot  facility has jump houses, slides, obstacle courses, bungee run, arcade games and more!

What is included in the Party?

We provide a beverage per child, gift for guest of honor, online invitations and thank you notes, dedicated party hostess, all the paper products and utensils necessary for your party and a private party room for the last 30 minutes,  including setup and cleanup of the room. We will provide cake, pizza, balloons, token, and/or goodie bags for an additional cost.

Pizza or hotdogs can be added- a credit card is REQUIRED 48hrs prior to party to purchase pizza.

Pizza options are ONLY cheese, sausage or pepperoni.  NO EXCEPTIONS or SUBSTITUTIONS can be made.

How do I reserve my child’s party at Flabbergast?

Please call for availability to book your reservation. We must
have a valid credit card in the host’s name on file. A $50
non-refundable deposit is required and charged on the credit card
provided- this will hold your date and time. No checks are
accepted.

When do I need to provide Flabbergast a final headcount?

You will need to provide us with a final headcount 48 hours prior to
the party. This will allow us to make any final adjustments to your
party package and place the proper food order for your guests; if applicable. There
are no exceptions; once we have your final headcount, packages cannot
be altered, unless you need to increase guests. If at the time of the
party you have more kids than your final headcount, there will be an
additional cost of $10.95 per child. You will pay the remaining
balance the day of your party.

How early should everyone arrive prior to the party?

Everyone, including the party family, should arrive no more than 5 to
10 minutes before the scheduled party time. We need to collect waivers
and review our safety rules with everyone before the party starts.

What should the kids wear?

Socks are required. If forgotten, they can be purchased at our Front
Counter. We suggest party Moms bring extra socks with them in
case someone forgets to bring some or we sell socks if you need them.
Long sleeves are recommended. Clothes with zippers or hooks (other than
at the waist) are not allowed as they may scratch the inflatables.
Nylon type pants make the kids go extra fast down the slides.

Can I bring my own food/decorations to the party?

You can bring your own birthday cake. However, we do not allow any
other outside food and/or beverages. NO EXCEPTIONS.

In regards to decorations, yes, you are allowed to bring in table decorations only.

Silly string,confetti, piñatas, and streamers are not allowed. An additional
cleaning fee may be assessed for excessive clean up or damage.

Are adults counted in the guest count?

Flabbergast is a child-first facility.  In an effort to be sure Flabbergast is accommodating the available capacity of children for

not only your party, but for all parties and walk-in families,the maximum adults that can be in attendance of your party

will be 10 adults. Flabbergast will implement a $2.95 charge per additional adult thereafter.

Accommodations in the party room CANNOT be guaranteed for adults.

When should I add an extra 30 minutes to my party?

It is definitely recommended to add an additional  30 minutes (for only $25) to your

party when there is:

a)over 30 guests

b)when you intend on serving pizza, cake AND opening gifts

c) if the party is for a young child (age 1-3) and the party is a large family gathering

These recommendations are so you can fully enjoy your Flabbergast Party Experience!
