What is included in the Party?
Flabbergast provides an ALL-Inclusive Party Package (except cake and
goodie bags). We provide food- choice of subs or fresh Rosati’s
pizza, bottomless pitchers of beverage, tokens for party guests, gift
for guest of honor, invitations, thank you notes, dedicated party
hostess, all the paper products and utensils necessary for your party
and a private party room for the last 30 minutes, including setup and
cleanup of the room. We will provide cake and/or goodie bags for
an additional cost.
How do I reserve my child’s party at Flabbergast?
Please call for availability to book your reservation. We must
have a valid credit card in the host’s name on file. A $50
non-refundable deposit is required and charged on the credit card
provided- this will hold your date and time. No checks are
accepted.
When do I need to provide Flabbergast a final headcount?
You will need to provide us with a final headcount 48 hours prior to
the party. This will allow us to make any final adjustments to your
party package and place the proper food order for your guests. There
are no exceptions; once we have your final headcount, packages cannot
be altered, unless you need to increase guests. If at the time of the
party you have more kids than your final headcount, there will be an
additional cost of $12 per child. You will pay the remaining
balance the day of your party.
How early should everyone arrive prior to the party?
Everyone, including the party family, should arrive no more than 5 to
10 minutes before the scheduled party time. We need to collect waivers
and review our safety rules with everyone before the party starts.
Socks are required. If forgotten, they can be purchased at our Front
Counter. We suggest party Moms bring extra socks with them in
case someone forgets to bring some or we sell socks if you need them.
Long sleeves are recommended. Clothes with zippers or hooks (other than
at the waist) are not allowed as they may scratch the inflatables.
Nylon type pants make the kids go extra fast down the slides.
Can I bring my own food to the party?
You can bring your own birthday cake. However, we do not allow any
other outside food and/or beverages.
Can I bring my own decorations to my child’s party?
Yes, you are allowed to bring in table decorations only. Silly string,
confetti, piñatas, and streamers are not allowed. An additional
cleaning fee may be assessed for excessive clean up or damage.

Yes, Flabbergast has balloons, ice cream and goodie bags available for
purchase. Please let us know as soon as possible if you are
thinking about purchasing for your party!
